If that Singaporean guy bought the club, means he didn't come empty pocketed.
I know they said it won't be finished by 2020 and it's going to be downgraded to 60k, I think initially an 82k which was supposed to be 2nd after Camp Nou in Iberia with a very futuristic design which now seems nothing special after 10 years since they started ( and something like 7 till they halted it
