They probably are. They've got no leverage, though, as his price is fixed at a level where everybody can compete. So, except for insane wages, what exactly do Monaco offer that every top 10 club out there doesn't?

It's not about going to Madrid (something I am 99% sure will never happen)
It's the fact that he says he prefers England shows that he's really looking for a transfer out.
