Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

Usually you get Madrid going on their unbeaten run, believing their hype, while falling at the end. At the same time Barca peak perfectly at the end and come away with the goods.

And usually you get Cristiano scoring goals that are worth fuck all, but hyped because he outscores Messi, when this year, Messi has more goals in 2016 then Cristiano has, he was even on course up to March to match his 91 goal tally, yet Cristiano is the one getting the important ones, and Messi is getting the inconsequential ones (largely).

Tables turning etc.

That's pretty incredible, especially given his age.

Probably the most athletic person in the footballing world. Never injured or rests. The guy is a machine.

Expect from when he was subbed off in the 89th minute against Roma, Cristiano hasn't missed a single minute of CL action this season as well.

Impressive feat actually, not least when Cristiano's struggling with his knee problem and least not his age.

Earlier this season it really looked as though Ronaldo was past his best and regressing. Real's opposition lately notwithstanding (and we must recognize that they did, in fact, beat us as well) it seems that he is not as spent as it seemed a few months back.

So, what do you guys think? Is he really declining? Stagnating? How many more years can he score 30/season for?
