This is poor really. There's nothing wrong with voicing your frustration in someone, but when you are the captain you say it to his face. Not to a teammate in a language that Vinicius doesn't understand. And especially not in front of running cameras to make his fellow collegue look like a complete waste of lineup space to the broad public. Talking behind a collegues back is unprofessional, but doing so even in front of him but making sure he isn't included is even disrespectful and insulting.
