Most of that cash is used on the Santiago Bernabeu renovation which is done by.......his company ACS. Florentino seem content having won all these CL titles the last few years and might leave Presidency after his current term ends.

Heh, if you knew about all the requirments for becoming president, i dont know exactly how he can step down, barely anyone qualifies unless the rules are changed.

I know the rules and they probably will be changed to allow the likes of Raul to run. It just won't happen until Florentino's current term is about to end.

 Florentino wrote the rules so only a few could run for presidency. But once he decides to leave...

A piece of Solari's wisdom:

"We must stop conceding so many goals, and score more goals, as we had been doing recently," Solari said. "That is the job of the coach -- that you concede few, and score a lot, and it is what we will aim to do."

Nice.. And they have to keep him for a while now, even if they lose a few more games in a row in La Liga, tbh. Sad that their CL-group isn't stronger, they would be in serious danger, then.

Not sure if this is sarcasm, but he has pointed out obvious errors while remaining diplomatic in the face of key liabilities being the old guard. He said we need to start games well and follow through. We managed it in the first 3 games under him and held out away at Celta who are a tougher away game than Eibar.

He's not wrong in any of it. Zidane had the same style of non-intricate speech which was right more often than not.

If Solari wants to do something meaningful, end the partnership of Modric-Kroos, still give them game-time ofc, but they cant start together anymore.
