I am loading a massive win here. He’s quality and will show so in time. 3 months with no preseason is no way to judge a player, especially a young one.

Said it before, but his development physically will determine where he will end up (okay to good, worldclass or Balon d' Or level player). Technically he has it all. Most natural dribbler since Neymar.

It's the right call if we in fact sign a top CDM as well. Christensen as backup DM is shaky at best. The kids are kids and mostly not good enough (Casado, Prim...) or a few years away (Bernal, but I don't see it either yet).

His first season here has been good enough, but damn, this one sucked. A few good games this year make no real difference. He's not a total flop, but he's certainly leaning that way. People won't remember him fondly in a few years I imagine (arguably just indifferent towards him).

His stats look decent enough, but I can’t bring myself to really rate him. His technique just doesn’t look sharp, but I do believe he can still improve there. But signing an actual LW for the left wing sounds marvelous. Something we don’t usually do :S
