They made sure he didn't have to go to jail but he is convicted now in both a lower and higher court. That does damage his reputation. Also if anything ever happens again, he will be forced to actually go to jail as the clause only works for 1st time offenders.

That is rich if you look at that first penalty against Eibar ... I mean, I dislike RM as much as the next guy but it is not as if we played with high morals in that game..

Great game from Portugal. Also, no matter how much we want to downplay CR7's Euro's... He has, twice now, pushed his team to the next round. There is no denying that... I don't expect them to win the whole thing but a final is a good result for Portugal.
