    Angel Gomes

Good one :worthy::lol: If you've actually followed him for some time now, you'd know that he's United through and through. He's also praised him for his ability more than once, also gave him his PL debut and someone like Deco who's just about the same height as Gomes thrived under Jose. Angel...

    Marco Asensio

Not sure how Pogba is mentioned in the same breath as the other three. One being he is already 24, one entire generation removed from Mbappe/Dembele/Asensio, and two, his body of work is vastly more proven than that of the other three. He actually has more than one good season in a Top 4 league...

    Angel Di Maria

Missed the point by so much, it's laughable  Since you didn't get it the first time, Suarez and Messi cut their teeth in the toughest leagues in the world. Messi dominates La Liga and is arguably the GOAT and you'll never see him spend his prime in a second rate league. Suarez beasted in...

    Angel Di Maria

Seems like my post was deleted together with the MSN-related posts, so I'll say it again: I don't buy the idea that the weather was a factor in ADM's performances. It can get cold AF in Southern Argentina as well, not to mention City's Argies don't seem to have this problem. It's disappointing...

    David de Gea

Can't comment much about him since I only saw him in the WC and Copa, but he was mostly solid for the Argies. Obviously a step down from DDG, but then again, who isn't that's available? The club is still reeling from the cheapskate approach of the late Fergie years, should've handed DDG an...

    Diego Costa

Brilliant player, but he is painting a bigger target on his back with each crazy antic.

    David de Gea

His replacement has already been announced. Can't wait for his first Madrid derby  Bring back the pig's head? :neymar:

    Saido Berahino

With all due respect to Spurs, he could've angled for a bigger move. Maybe to one of the Milan clubs or a top 4 club in Germany that's not Bayern, heck even Liverpool (before they signed Benteke) or Arsenal.

    Angel Di Maria

Guess my favorite player is off to an early retirement :(
  10. 1

    Kevin De Bruyne

This transfer is looking more and more one sided in favor of Wolfsburg

    Christian Benteke

He is anything but overrated  United, Chelsea and Arsenal fans all agree that he's solid at best, but certainly not worth his release clause. This is merely a solid move by Villa to milk him for all they can get.

    Iker Casillas

If he has a big season at Porto, I wonder if he would welcome a move to a PL or BuLi side? Try to win one more UCL before bowing out.

    Arturo Vidal

Fan of Arturo, even said a few pages ago that I'd enjoy it if he was at Barca or Atleti, but I don't see the point of people calling him a replacement for Schweinsteiger.

    Bastian Schweinsteiger

It shouldn't even be an issue anyway since he didn't say that one club is greater than the other in terms of historical significance; it was all about marketing. Bayern fans just made themselves look bad with the hysterical response to the quote that, as it turned out, was twisted by the press...

    Matteo Darmian

Yep, I meant their failure to sign him. Idk, last time I lurked Juventuz they were pretty mad that they let him go abroad. Not sure if they just assume that they're entitled to every Italian international (like Bayern with Germans  ) or if they really in for him.

    Kaka

Wish he stayed in Europe for a few more years.

    Matteo Darmian

No wonder Juve fans are so pissed at their management about him. How'd they let this guy slip out of Turin? reasonable price and at a good age as well, didn't look phased wearing the shirt of a big club. Weird call with the 442 though. Unless they just used the formation since it allows...

    Bastian Schweinsteiger

Was apparently misquoted by the press  Loving how butthurt the Bayern fans are though  way to treat your legend right
  19. 1

    Christian Benteke

Regardless of price, he is the best #9 available (meaning he is for sale and won't mind playing for Liverpool) and fair play to the scousers for buying him. They finally realized that they can't rely on Sturridge anymore. Their defense still looks problematic though.

    Arturo Vidal

Amazing how they wouldn't sell him to United for anything less than 70m last summer, but they did to Bayern for 40m. Seems like Juve knows something about him and pulled a fast one over Bayern. Strange transfer. I also doubt that he is technically accomplished enough to play in Pep's midfield...
