Blames individual mistakes like they are some sort of uncontrollable, external factor.
His job as coach is to minimise those mistakes and work with the individuals to improve.
I think the players will eventually get tired and Xavi will wither be sacked or leave early next season.

How can people still defend him and want him to continue? How many times do we need to get humiliated? We are an absolute joke of a club right now. When will our fanbase stop defending this club, its board, its manager, and its players? Do we need to fall to ManU level then it's going to happen? Let me make you realise that ManU has the funds and a more profitable league behind them to build it back, if we fall that hard, at this point we don't have the money to even compete with RM.
Man, I really think the Socios and some Cules have a humiliation fetish, so that they can watch this team year after year getting ass rammed on the international stage. And now it's happening in the league aswell. So congrats, you get to be a cuck most days of the month you are watching this team now.

We may be better purely because it seems that Xavi has gone as far as gone as far as he can with this group.

It's never a good idea to quit, and then change your mind.

And now we're not giving any opportunity to rejuvenate the squad under a new manager with a full pre season.

Just disaster all around.

You could have said it to any coach right now. There is absolutely no coach available who could turn Barca back to a treble contender right now. You can't achieve anything in today's football without the financial power behind it. So enjoy your period while Barca is rebuilding, because the successful periods are over faster than you think. We speak with experience here.

Dude, if you put your head out of xavi's butt, you could check yourself the scores and watch some higlights from last season la liga campaign if you didnt watch the games. Mats being the mvp of the season tells you all you need to know about barca last season.

It gets even better, we conceded 70 goals in 12/13 season from 60 games, right now we are at 68 from 49 games. 4 games to write himself down in barca history books.

He has a big problem on his hands if he can't make the squad play in a focused manner for 90 mins. The excuse of individual errors doesn't save the manager. You have to fix that of you're out. This is not United, where you get hundreds of millions to exchange all the players you don't want anymore and bring 6-7 new expensive toys to replace them.

He is gonna be sacked at this rate if these types of performances appear again next season, after we were supposed to have turned the page months ago. It's quite simple, these errors stop or he's out. The option of buying 4-5 top players is not there for us. This is gonna be the squad for next season, more or less.
