I didn't watch this live but just finished the extended highlights.
We used to choke and get embarrassed by teams in CL. Now we've regressed and even La Liga teams are making remontadas and humiliating us. Girona treating us like some mid table scrubs and Xavi and Laporta insist the "project" isn't finished 😂 . Does he mean us dropping out of top 4 next season? Is that the finishing touch to this project?
Gundogan calls out the club twice publicly and there was a backlash both times from Xavi and than Araujo. The culture of the club is deep rooted and rotten. Things need to be shaken up. That same amigo, entitled mentality is there.
This is not one. Isolated season. Next season will be worse.

But what's up?, I've been out with the wife, missed most of the 2nd half.

Losing 4-2 is unacceptable though, totally unacceptable.

Doesn't change the fact that durtmond are 5th in the budesliga and Bayern have been poor all season and are currently in the CL SF.

I guess playing poorly since the start of the season isn't indicative of making progress in a K.O competition, who would have thought it

Enough of your excuses. We have been shit all round, hence trophyless season.
This club is going to be in the wilderness for a long time if it refuses to evolve.

Does anyone in this forum think Rafa Marquez would be better than him? That's how low our standards are currently. We can't afford any top class coach.

Nope. I doubt Marwuez us anything special. If he's better he'll be marginally better.

We can afford a top class coach. If we can afford Roque, we can get a top coach.
We will have to make bold decisions. Sales. De Jong, Pedri, Araujo, Raphinia, Lewandoski, Kounde, Ter Stegen. These guys should be on the market. If we get good prices for them than we can sell.
You should be able to get at least 250 million for the all of the above .
Rebuild from there.

First point. Any, semi decent to top level manager(large spectrum) would get us through to semi final of cl after raphinha scored at second leg. There are already too many games on the table where we lost concentration like instantly. Sergay and similar contributors on this forum can straight fuck off with their opinion about our squad being thrash.

Second point. Calling last season la liga win as something that he could be proud of or quite of an achievment, while getting through that thanks to mats heroics, and yet again lost all the games that mattered(inter, madrid).

Xavi is awful.

He's a Ten Hag level manager and the both of them have the same ideas when it comes to blaming everyone else and never accepting responsibility. The mirroring between the two of them have been incredible this season.

That said, Xavi DID QUIT. All Laporta had to do was accept his resignation, see the writing on the wall and hire a manager for next season. Instead he cried and begged Xavi to stay. Hence why we are in the situation that we are in.

Laporta is disgusting and ironically his physical appearance mirrors his management of the club, overindulgence on junk food that will rot one from the inside out. And it shows.

This club will go nowhere with these deluded Catalans at the helm.

Sale of this club and removal of Catalan pride from power. would be a blessing for all Barca fans.

At some point he needs to explain how we can be superior in four games and lose them all. I mean, get a grip xavi. we might xave been "superior" in parts of the games, but games tend to last 90 minutes and results do matter.
