16 - Fermín López

Didn't think he would be that good of a player, thought he'd end up like Sergi. He seems to atleast be a level above him though and will be a capable 4th midfielder rather than being used as a player whenever theres an injury. Maybe Torre may be able to come and give him some competition but he's here for the long haul i think.

I mean, he would also for sure do a good job on LW or RW imo.

Yup I agree, but even still I'm sure he'd be more like gavi i.e 4 midfielders that we used to play sometimes when we had the manpower for bigger games rather than a winger in our current system.
For sure, but if we get a nice DM I would still not call us stacked in midfield and would like to keep Fermin for rotation - in that case he could play RW/LW.

Easily better than fdj and pedri by literal miles. Anyone who doesn't see this shouldn't be allowed to say anything including that "coach"

I liked his impact but Chirstensen should have never been subbed out.

Should have come on for Lewandowski.

Nice cameo regardless.

To put it into perspective, FDJ has scored 2 goals this season so far. Last season 2 as well. The season before that 2 (or 3?) goals. Extremely underwhelming stats for a supposed generational talent who is paid a fortune to underperform.

7 goals is very good for a midfielder who is just starting out.

There's no reason to think of selling him. He is fine doing what he does as a rotation midfielder. Has the right mentality and hence being way more impactful than guys like Nico Gonzalez were in his time here for example.

He is a bit more of a LaFabrica type midfielder than LaMasia midfielder really.

He should be kept for depth to put in when there's no other option basically. If he's our starter or first option off the bench/competition we're fucked.

But as a depth piece such as Roberto was back in the days, he's good to have.
