No wonder the defeatist mentality we have in the team when the fans are the most asinine and full of cope. We need a purge in the fans aswell. Bro wake up, its been a Decade of UCL humiliations, with your team playing the least entertaining football. You can't even cope and say we play good attractive football. We are better in a league that has almost no audience outside Spain and the top 2, is closer to the French Farmers League in terms of quality/story/competition than the EPL. Why should we be getting the respect from other teams and fans? We have nothing to show on the global stage. The faster the fans stop this coping and realize we are best a 2nd Tier team, and demand more from them, the sooner we will start competing harder.

City 2.34 xG
Keep in mind City are a better attacking team + they were attacking for all 90 mins whereas Paris could ease off after 60 minutes.
But eye test was more telling. We let Paris walk freely in the the danger area. All we did was back off. Madrid were pushing up, held City off, kept a wide perimeter, double marked, pushed up constantly and kept them away from shooting distance, looked both more organized and more focused than us.
Ofc they will have a higher XG, we were playing with 10 men
Madrid pushed up were?, they played a lower block than us, with all 11 men behind the ball.
We played more of a mid block, and most times gundogan and lewa were ahead of their team mates waiting for the counter or the ball over the top.
If anything we should have played a low block like Madrid did,but the fans here were whining about why is Xavi sitting so low.
Madrid looked "better" defending, because all city does is pass the ball city to city regardless of possession, PSG are a more direct team.

Stop comparing a serial winner (them) with a serial looser (us), no matter how you spin it.
As i stated before both legs against PSG, we were extremely lucky to not be in the other branch of the games (Arsenal/Bayern/RM/City) otherwise it would have been double humiliation with at least 7 to 8 goals aggregate

Both us and PSG were better than every single one of those teams over the two legs, with 11 men of the field.
By far the best game, best chess match by the two managers.
Another one who doesn't know ball and only knows names.
Watch the games next time.
Minus our Bayern voodoo, we would have matched or beat anyone this round If we played like we did against PSG, over the two legs with 11 men on the field.

Both PSG and FCB looked like a second division team compared to those 4. (arsenal being the weakest)
You must be dreaming if you think PSG or FCB will get anything when playing a City ...etc
You wouldn't even see the ball, we our our inexistent Defenses (both PSG and us) and the weak previsible attacks we both have it's KO before it starts.
The winner of the CL 2024 will never be from the branch we were in, no AM/Borussia/FCB/PCG would even dream winning it no matter who gets to the final

At first I thought i was watching U10 match honestly. Then seeing how Barca started to throw it away, while PSG was so shit that Barca was still at play, i knew i was mistaken. It was U8 level.
City would absolutely demolish both teams to the point it would make last years RM pounding as foreplay.

City couldn't beat Madrid though in 2 games. Got themselves sent home 2 times in 3 years by Don Carlo. They are elite, but they have their fair share of problems.
That 4-0 was amazing, but they couldn't replicate that this time around. Current season City is not as good as last year version, that much is also clear.
You call a team that made 1 CL final and 2 semis in the last 5 seasons shit.
And the ones that are not shit are City and Madrid then? All the others are shit?
