Don't worry. If he comes he will be judged by his results. Nobody is gonna trash him if he wins the title like some did with Xavi.

But he does need to do it. Otherwise, what's the point of replacing a title-winning manager with Flick? To do what exactly?
Pretty obvious why xavi gets clowned, any other manager will suffer the same fate if the manner in which we won the league and lost everything else was the same.
We pulled levers "because we are barca" so i agree project managers aren't something this club is looking for.

If flick was so amazing Bayern would have sacked Tuchel and instantly brought him back

Clearly hasn’t happened with good reason

If flick is this clubs next manager the club is FINISHED

Unbelievable the attitude of the players, Flick gets angry because some players are late again (3 days before the last match in WC22 when they needed a win) and players look like they are not interested. Real leaders like Lahm, Schweini and Klose are missing. You can have Pep or Klopp as coach but if players act like 12 yeard kids nobody will make them perform well.

 Before judging the manner in which you win a big title, you first need to do it. Don't put the cart before the horse.

Xavi got done because the club is delusional. I already know the answer to this...

I'm just curious to see how long the next guy is gonna stay on the job under these crazy expectations.

Not delusional, just the result of being in a big club which has put massive risk in signing players to compete, If they expected the same without levers then sure we could call it delusional, but they did... Xavi knew what he was signing up for, besides as has been said plenty of times before it's not just about winning, something many previous managers have rightfully been clowned for. You're just backing the guy going against absolutely everything you use to believe in because you are a stubborn fuck.
Guy just doesn't have it to be an elite manager let's just all accept that and move on.

Charisma or not, whoever gets the job still needs quality players.

Barca has a certain style installed in the system for 4 decades now, the Cruyffismo. No disrespect to the German candidates, but good luck with the introduction of the geggenpress at every level at La Masia. They'd follow the unfortunes of Xavi. Nobody has that level of patience.

No matter who the next coach will be, we need first to address our financial problems.

Real M organization should install a huge monument at the main entrance of Santiago Bernabeu of Jose Maria Bartomeu . The damage this man left in Barcelona is unfixable and will take more than a decade to get over it. We have so many players to get rid of this summer and replacing them with better ones will cost lots of money, which we don't have. It's a really f...ed up situation.
