Just I word of warning on the Champions League game. I went to the Arsenal game and they were a lot stricter regarding bags. I was turned away by the Steward as she said the bag was not allowed as it was too big! It was just a normal courier type bag slung over my shoulder. I had to take it...

Happened to me on one of my first trips years back. I always stay away from the centre now regarding accommodation and sometimes don't even see La Ramblas 😁

I used it for Getafe and the upcoming Arsenal. Had no problems adding to wallet even on an older model (iphone4s)

My guess would be maybe tomorrow. Last April it was 5 days before the CL fixture with PSG which I attended. One word of caution, they don't sell tickets to fans from the same country as the opponent if I remember correctly. Good luck, I am hoping to get one myself.

I like the iconic shape of the current stadium with the curve, in a way it will be a shame to have the sides all level. Cover from the elements will definitely be a bonus and the seats are very shabby at the moment. Facelift is long overdue.

Beach, Montjuic/Castle area. I am there next week and hope to have my first trip up to Tibidabo which is the amusement park overlooking the city, views should be spectacular.

I remember my first game at Camp Nou in 99, it struck me how quiet it was for a big attendance and the city derby. 85,000 vs Espanyol. But as mentioned I believe it is down to such huge tourist numbers at each game. Still awe inspiring every time I walk through those turnstiles though 😎

Looks like the Teixeira deal has fell through. Damn shame as they could do with some extra firepower and quality, February looks very challenging with all the fixtures!

You will find seats in most areas will come available. I got row 5 for PSG quarter final last April. Purchased 4 days before :)
