LMAO

His current style (hair and moustache) remind me of Alberto Amman who portrayed Pacho Herrera in Narcos.

As for his football, I hope he stays injury free and focus on his job rather than skirt chasing.

I couldnt disagree more. Attacking fullbacks add depth to the attack, and ones that are serious threats draw defenders out wide so the wingers dont always have to and can play closer to the net. They also can link up with the fullbacks with the space they create.

I prefer one strong, defensive minded fullback and one that is fast and likes to dribble at opponents and take on defenders. Two attacking or two defensive puts the team at an equal disadvantage, but defensive fullbacks isolate wingers in 433.

That is your opinion, which I don't share. My point here is that when you have a wingers like Dembele, Raphinha, F.Torres, A.Fati you don't need an attacking fullback. Having the above-mentioned names closer to the net will create a jam at that area and will limit the pace of Lewandowski. One more reason we don't need Jordi's type of players is that we have Pedri, Gavi, FDJ and Kessie who can bring the ball to the front line or to the wings. Today's game proved me right. First half Kounde and Balde as a fullbacks, we locked very solid. When they got replaced by S.Roberto and Alba, Sevilla started creating many good attacks through the wings.
Our fullbacks have no business into the opponent box. We have more than enough quality midfielders and wingers.

Personally am excited to see him in the team, and even outside of football I really his views and opinions on social issues. Seems like a good person, hopefully he can be a good footballer for us too.

Roberto and Alba are both not strong defensively though. I said two attacking or two defensive fullbacks is too much. One attacking (Balde) and one more defensive (Kounde) is what I prefer. Balde has just been a bit more safe due to being young and trying to not make mistakes, but we've seen that he has the ability to link up, run into space and take on a defender.

Isolating wingers always out wide near touchline makes them predictable and easier to mark. Having a fullback involved, at least on one side, makes the opponents defensive think twice and have to consider marking an overlapping run by the fullback.

Isolating the wingers is awful, we saw so much of it last season. We'd just get lucky once in a while and Dembele would beat his man and chuck in a cross that ended up in the net while sitting out wide by himself the rest of the game.
