I seen that rumor and I highly doubt that is true.

Especially the drug part, no one else even heard or talked about that. Feels like something that big would have came out already and not some gossip stuff.

Because he's always in the match squad even if he's benched, and when he's in the match squad he can always be called for a drug test given it's randomized.

Stories about Arthur partying are present for some time now and would explain a lot especially his low stamina and Valverde benching him so frequently during the last couple of weeks. I sincerely hope that's not true but if it is we should get rid of him ASAP. We should have ZERO tolerance for that stuff. You know what they say, where there is smoke there is fire...
