Vidal is performing really good for quite some time now but tbh if the almost 32 year old Arturo Vidal is the best midfielder of Barca that also just shows that there is something seriously wrong with the squad and the system in general.

I really beleive it is Xavi & Iniesta type of players is the missing link


We keep buying fowards and defenders The future is bleak unless De Jong can do what INiesta did and Arthur does what Xavi did.

hey man, what i ment was, we need a trianglur force in midfield who are able to do 1-2's and get out of sticky situations when teams press them.

today any team that pressed the midfield and your left with diarrhoea and shit all over the floor

that's all that's missing in this barcelona team.

look at the great matches in the past. xavi , iniesta and busquets would run rings around teams whilst they are being pressed.

we need to get out of danger in that area. we are shitting it.

hence, can de jong , arthur and busquets NEVER LOSE THE BALL and run rings around teams with short passes?

I read on twitter from someone who attended the game last night that this guy was the only Barca player who applauded the Barca fans after the game.
Keep him and get rid of players like Rakishit!

Main reason we lost to Liverpool was having too few players with the spirit of this guy. This personality trait should be taken into account when adding new players to the team. Frenkie is a good start.

yep. you could see this trait of quitness seeping into this barca club when the likes of puyol, abidal, ronaldinho, etoo were leaving... you had dani alves left but then he was very quite, xavi, iniesta , messi, busquets, its like if they shit thier kegs. no wonder david villa , ibra ran off. they probably thought, this dressing room full of wierdos.

soon as vidal comes, felt more normal, more human. thats why losing someone like puyol is bad. they just seem to introduce positive energy which somehow improves performance as it is our minds that dictate what the body does.

in the event that a miracle happens and cou and rakitic are sold off, then i'd love to see him remain for one more season. barca have been missing that energy that he provides in the midfield for years. really helped highlight just how flawed a player rakitic is

According to Soccer link(Formally Euro United), Vidal has a number of offers which include high wages, and one of them being from China.

He could be tempted to leave due to the Arrival of De Jong.
