No. But I'm just saying that Pogba would've been no upgrade for us, regardless what system are we playing.

Some players are right for us and some are not. Andre Gomes is a living example of that. The guy was great for Valencia and is a joke for us.

Im quite worried about MF situation, honestly. For now only have Ivan, Busquets, Arthur. Depend on system, we can even use Coutinho, Roberto, but they must cover others position too. Its not that i was excited about Rabiot, but his arrival would definitely mean Gomes leaving, cause they are very very similar style wise. Now when Rabiot is off, u never know, maybe Gomes could even stay??? And beside, its better to add Rabiot then no one. Who can we really get? Eriksen to expensive, not on sale, MAN UTD is not gonna sell Pogba, his is the face ot their new project. A lot of us would like Thiago but it looks club is not interested in him. There are report about De Jong, but is he really ready for Barca as only MF reinforcement? U cant trust on Alena either. And for all that shit, we even sell (LOAN) Paulinho. I just hope that the board is really working on something good and that they sold Paulinho for some good reason.

They sold Paulinho because they received a 50 million offer no other reason.

Just need support players to the existing squad, battle for few places, allow the youth incl Arthur and Dembele to shine through for next four years. Only if right player comes along then go for it. Should concentrate on winning the league whilst keeping the stars rested. More possible with RM in a shake up. Only then CL success is more probable.

The above allows the club to prepare for life without Messi. That’s my biggest concern not missing out on Mbappe etc
