I wanted to get some excitement back and when we signed Coutinho and Dembouz returned, I hoped that this would become a reality.

Valverde cockteased us with that vs Girona and now we are back to POWAAAAAAHHHINHO and Vidal.

Valverde's handling of Semedo (clearest case), Dembele (since recovery), and Coutinho (since he's been signed) has been indeed horrible. He seems to like hard working uninteresting players like Vidal, Paulinho, and Gomes more. In that case, just move back to fucking Bilbao and sign them for some good money.

At this point, I'm not even confident of us winning a single trophy. This stupid manager will do his best to bottle both Copa and Liga. Can't believe he gets paid to do stupid things with this team.

Not being able to create a decent chance from open play against the worst defensive side in La Liga. I think this game actually trumps being outplayed to a ridiculous degree by Sociedad last season as a new low. What to say about Valverde from tonights affair? Usually the redeeming factor is that we looked solid defensively, but LP created more than plenty against us for a team without a single prolifically talented player.

Why play Suarez when he is told not to get a Yellow? Why not play Dembele and Coutinho? To save them for the Atletico match?
What will happen now is that key players will be tired on Sunday, after only 2 days rest.

He can't sign them with Bilbao though with their Basque policy.

The league still ours to win or lose.
We would be doing even much better if it wasn't for Atletico Madrid having only la Liga to play for.
There is a reason Real Madrid have won most of their CL while only playing for one tournament
