If Chelsea eliminates us there needs to be wholesale changes and the current team needs to be gutted because they will have proven they can no longer get the job done in the CL.

These things should happen if Chelsea eliminate us:

1. Valverde should be sacked
2. Suarez needs to be moved on
3. Iniesta needs to be phased out
4. Rakitic needs to be replaced
5. Roberto banned from playing RB

What about messi? If he underperforms like in last 2 seasons, season before triplete under lucho he didnt have nothing memorable also, when barca got out vs atletico and he was walking so if that will be the case this season, and you are asking to fire the coach and some other big changes, whats with messi?

Messi's too good to be sold, let's be serious now, you don't get rid of the best player ever no matter how badly he under performs. He is the heart and soul of the team and ripping him out would result in years of rebuilding and failure. Players have come and gone in our golden age: Xavi, Busquets Iniesta, Villa, Pedro, Eto'o, Henry, Suarez, Neymar, Puyol, Pique, Alba, Abidal, Alves, Rakitic etc. Messi has been the constant and best player throughout.

Even emtertaining the idea of selling Messi is idiotic. If you complain about him not bailing us out on multiple occasions, you will have to count many many more occasions when he bailed us out. I think we should merge with PSG if we get knocked out. With their oil money and our tradition, youth system and prestige we would win at least 8 of the next 10 CLs.

I'm not going to demand a CL win, but I'm certainly going to demand a proper challenge where we don't get humiliated or underperform heavily.

More than Real Madrid winning, this have been my main problem with this team. They simply haven't performed well enough. We definitely deserved to go out in 2014, 2016 and in 2017.

If that's too much to demand for some people, to make a proper challenge, then they should start following Borussia Dortmund where they can count moral victories and getting trashed as a victory and give themselves a participation trophy.
