Seems like we will include Dí Maria in the Neymar Deal. Think this would be a nice addition to our squad as we could use him in Iniesta's position, he pretty much "rocked" in a similar role in the 2013-14 season with Ancelotti. He's also 29 which means that Aleña could develop behind him and take over in about 3 seasons. If we additionally get anyone out of Dembele (would be the best fit IMO), Mbappe, Dybala or Griezmann I would be pretty satisfied.

Not sure I want Di Maria would prefer Verrati so much more over him but if verrati isnt optional maybe we should put our focus on Drexlar instead. He is younger and has more potential to grow in our team. Di Maria seems a bit like a dying horse to me.

Draxler would be a nightmare, definitely doesn't have the quality to succeed here. I know that there aren't so many people in here who would see something positive in getting Di Maria, but I think, as already written before, he would be ideal for the next 2-3 years until Aleña is starting material for us. I would definitely prefer Di Maria over a younger player in that position, as a younger player would mean that there would be no place in our starting 11 for Aleña for the next 5 years or even more.

I also hated him when he played for Madrid as he alwayes caused problems for us haha. But to be fair he really was a beast especially in his last season there (also in the WC with Argentina where he had a similar role). Would definitely have deserved that Ballon D'or a lot more than CR.
Out of the players who have been mentioned to be included in the Neymar Deal, he would be my preference, but of course everyone can have his own opinion. We'll see what happens the next day, there will be new rumours about players who could join us everyday haha.

Playing Aleña now would be amazing, but I don't think that will happen^^ Problem is that most of Barça fans nowadays and the board are only think about winning the treble or such bullshit, so there it is very difficult for the coaches to be bold enough to give so much confidence into a youngster like Aleña if they want to keep thair jobs. most people in here want a player like Coutinho and complain at the same time why we don't give a chance to our young players. If you want them to have a chance in the near future there are only 2 options: be bold enough and play them from now on or buy a player around 30 who can help to bridge the time until the youngsters are ready to take over.
But that's not the topic here, only said Di Maria would be the one I'd choose if we include a player in that deal.

No they are not. Valverde said he will respect Barcelona's playing style and there is nothing that indicates they would make this drastic change. Barcelona made history with a 433, players in la masia grow up playing 433. They will play 433 or a variant of it.

That is irrelevant, the players they're interested in for Neymar's replacement do not play LW, they're mostly strikers, the only way to accommodate them is to change formation. Barcelona's playing style is possession based, the formation does not necessarily need to be 4-3-3 to play this way.
