What would be YOUR preferred back 4 or set up ??

Stones is a joke this season, and bellerin can run, but that's it. Hector can't defend. I don't understand how you can rate Stones, but not Umtiti, who is the same age and already a much better player. My back 4 would be Fabinho-Pique-Umtiti-Alba, if the team is back to playing with a back 4, that is.

Umptiti was decent the other night when we played well ... but he's been in our defence when so many poor goals have been conceded this season ...

As regards Stones , who's around the same age as Umtiti ( maybe younger ) has gone from strength to strength in his first season with City and Pep , new club , new players alongside him ( no Company until last night ) and everyone adapting to Pep's ideas .

This has got to be a joke. Whenever Umtiti played in la liga, Barça won. Umtiti is also new to the team, it's also his 1st season for Barça, and he's doing much better than your boy Stones. And Umtiti was 25m, while stones was 50m.

Bellerin is indeed awful in the last several months ... hope that this is just a mental/motivational problem with all the surrounding transfer rumors (as I am pretty sure we will sign him in the summer). Also, I read some news that we could offer Arda + 20 m for him, which is crazy ... we could have shipped on Arda for 40m to China and Bellerin surely does not cost more than that (even that is too much to be honest, but the market nowadays is just unbelievable).

Regarding midfield, Veratti is indeed a great option, but if he could cost that much, I would prefer taking Tolisso + for example Laporte (if we say that Veratti would be 70m+, while Tolisso + Laporte will be around 75-80m max). After watching Ligue1 this season maybe I lean more to Tolisso than Veratti overall as well.

I am really impressed with Tolisso's performance and improvement this season. He looked like a really good talent with potential a year ago, but this season really stepped up and improved big time (especially in the last third of the pitch and his approach of going in attack more often).

No, because even if such rumors were true Arda didn't want to go to China.

Since were changing manager this summer, no decisions in new players will be made until then, and by then its WAY to late to get the top notch players.
So we will have to get unwanted players from other clubs, or players noone has heard about from SA.
