Andres Iniesta

I'd be surprised if you thought he did. You've been saying "he's finished" since you registered. You hate him for some reason. All your posts here are bashing him.

I mean come on, he was kinda bad for a while in 2015 before "learning" the new system in mid. I only bash him when he plays like shit. I don't hate him, one of my favourite players ever, maybe I am expecting too much from him nowadays.

Edit: Having a laugh at reading my old rants about Iniesta, why the hell I have been so angry?

Iniesta decided to postpone his renewal to the end of the season.

He also said: "My idea is to be able to retire here. But I'll never be here just to be here, that's clear."

That man is a class like I have never seen in the world of football. I believe he can give a couple of more great seasons. Don't doubt yourself Andres.

He is class indeed. I'd like him to remain at least 2 seasons more. We need him to be a reference point to Masia kids that will hopefully get more chances next season under new coach and he's still best damn midfielder we have.

And yes, please retire here instead being greedy like Xavi who's wasting time in Qatar. Role as Barca ambassador or in La Masia would be perfect for Andres.

He just wanted to keep playing football for some more time. Greedy is an overstatement.

If Xavi just wanted to play football he could have easily gone to the MLS like every other aging player nowadays it seems. Don't fool yourself into thinking the mad cash they were offering in Qatar had nothing to do with it.

His legs are gone, does not even bother tracking back. The midfield was overrun easily today. I am still not convinced he should play in this set-up.

The team played a quite "stylish" attacking football today, mainly due to Iniesta's presence and very wise play. Scoring 6-8 more goals was easily possible, and you could "feel" how much Iniesta means when he plays well.

You unfortunately seem to show little observational awareness if you are serious about his lost legs, as well as that he shouldn't play. Simply BS.
