This is very true. It wasn't until the 12-13 season when Atleti started giving RM a really hard time.

Nope, they are always at their best level against us, its that simple. Rivalry and motivation etc, these matches lives their own lifes regardless of form quite often.

Looks like we have developed to play good football against atletio and defeat them unlike some time ago when he had 6 or something consecutive draws.Other teams need to worry about them now.Although I believe atletico have massively degraded from before.Their defence has declined and their signature set pieces have turned into shit.Real having so less attacks against a such a declined atletico sends some bad indications.

Oh well, it hasnt been the worst weekend for football. My local team is one step further to securing the title, United lost and Barca lost. A draw at the calderon isnt the end of the world, even if we gave it away in the way we did.

Well, a couple of years ago it was Real Madrid, Barca and Atletico battling for the league. Even though they looked more like themselves in this match, i dont think they will challenge for the title. I see only us and barca. But who knows.
