These things are always going to happen. The team will always have one of those games. Obviously it can't happen again but it's best it happened now. Hopefully we get a big response in the game against PSG. This team really needs a physical midfielder like Vidal or Pogba.

I think Luis Enrique has committed a serious error with his decision to change Neymar.

He had to change luis suarez or iniesta. Neymar subjected to injustice.

Luis enrique is responsible for this defeat (My opinion guys)

the media is going to tear lucho apart for the sub so I don't feel like we should make the situation any worse. it was a bad sub but not what ultimately cost us. I'm looking forward to the press talking about barca being in a crisis again though. /sarcasm. it still makes me laugh that madrid lost clasico yet got more positive press than us.

Rightfully so, what kond of idiot subs neymar out at that point. We never should havr subbed neymar. Top 4 people to blame: lucho, suarez, pique and bravo.

Suarez more to blame then Bravo and Pique?
It was not the best substitue ever, but we shoud never been in this position.

We played a great first halve, we just managed to fuck up the second. After Sevilla's first goal we lost control .
Let's be confident, and keep our heads up. And do better in the next game.

Yes, Bravo had an off day and Pique made a mistake at the end when he was tired - it happens. I wanted to see Mascherano after halftime, or at least after 60 minutes, to stabilize the defense which was under a lot of pressure, but he never came. The referee was not our friend either - the yellow cards for Busquets and Pique were difficult to understand, and the Sevilla defense definitely got away with too many fouls. Anyway, Sevilla fought harder in the second haf, they still applied pressure when Barca players looked tired. Let's hope they will recover before the PSG game. At least Mascherano will be rested.

Bitter is right. We could of had this liga almost wrapped up if we just scored a goal against celta and Malaga at home but blowing two goal leads won't do us any favors heading to Paris.

And that Mido dood better stop posting xavi Iniesta midfield...

That's what gets me, blowing that lead directly because of the actions of the manager. Two vital points.
Really? Was that Lucho our goalie? Because right after that screw up we lost the control of the game. How was Neymar's substitution related to Pique's screw up. Neymar was on the field for 74 minutes and he scored from set piece and there was no other set piece after his substitution and we are assuming he would have scored in remaining 15 minutes?Based on what? your gut feeling? Does name Keita tell you anything? Favorite substitution of Pep Guardola?

First of all, Neymar also assisted Messi's goal, so that's a second possibility you conveniently left out. Second, Neymar was our main outlet, when you play possession football, this is what you need to kill the game off by either scoring another goal or running down the clock. By taking Neymar off, that outlet was no longer there, thus inviting pressure.
And that's no good when you have Iniesta and Rakitic having an off day and Xavi who is not a physical player in midfield. Enrique was to blame and he knows it. He could have left the same team for the last 15 min, or could have subbed off one of Iniesta, Rakitic or Suarez. Simple.

1. That doesn't change the fact that goal was scored on Pique's mistake and Neymar's substitution is irrelevant.
2. Your idea about scoring third goal is nothing more than pure speculation.
3. Your "main outlet" wasn't tracking back and was doing 0 work defensively which was growing concern.
4. Best way running down the clock was enforcing the midfield, which was the weakest link of our team. That's why Pep was bringing Keita in to kill the game and that's exactly what Lucho tried to do. Maybe Xavi isn't the physical player(and it wasn't sumo tournament) but he is an imposing player and he won many trophies just doing that.
5. If anything we were unlucky to concede, but I refuse to believe that you understand more about the game than Lucho.

What I would have done if I were in Lucho's shoes yesterday would have been the following:

1) Take out one of Iniesta/Rakitic around the 65th minute for Xavi.

2) Take out Suarez for Pedro.

3) Place Pedro on the left.

4) Move Neymar into the #9 position.

Was Mascherano suspended by the way?

I may be a bit ignorant here, but isn't Vidal highly compromised due to his bad knee?
