He was just forced to retire because Bayern already got Pep and Bayern can't ignore a coach like Pep. He said that he will no longer coach a German team. He also said that he still wants to coach outside Germany.

How bad is Rosell's legacy is gonna be? Really bad! Loosing Pep then depending on Tito to lead again when he clearly became a risk. Loosing Thiago for cheap. Then Tito's departure without a plan B and we still don't have a CB!!! Rosell has the nerve to announce his desire to rerun in 2015!

Come on, Rosell has won 2 leagues and a Champions league, the team is in transition that is all, it happens to every club. Pep left because he sensed the team were on a downward spiral and did not want to be coach and get the blame. Rosell did the right thing to stand by Tito, if nothing else it helped keep Tito's morale up. Thiago went for a good price considering he added nothing of note to Barca in his time at the club. We will sign a CB and Neymar is a great signing and will be one of the best in the world

Everyone builds on a preceding foundation. Even Pep built on what Rijkaard had put together. If you take away something from Rosell, you have to take away from Pep too.

it's like you are saying that CEO of a company has nothing to do with the company's performance! Sorry but that was most ridicules sentence I read for a while now! Of course the CEO, President, Chairman, leader..etc has EVERYTHING to do with any organization performance.
